Hi there! I’m Martha- a new Mom and wannabe yogi.  Ever since having my son, Aari, in December 2016, I’ve been trying to balance my love for exercise and spending time with Aari all while returning to a full time job.  I knew that going to the gym or workout classes just wasn’t going to work anymore. I also knew I needed exercise that was both strengthening but could help me chill (as much as possible 😜).  Enter Yoga at home! After a few weeks of searching over and over for free online videos, I thought I’d create a blog for the videos I do and what I think of them- saving you time from searching and disappointments!  My goal is to do a little yoga each day and the summarize my thoughts for you each week. I’ll throw in a gluten free treat and baby food experiences now and then too ❤️
